Hi,
I recently updated to Lollipop on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and have been having slew of problems, which I was somehow putting up with. Suddenly today , I am facing a new problem, which I have no idea how to deal with. I am just not able to log into my phone.
When my phone asks me for the password to start Android when the phone is turned on and I input my password, it takes it in and I get the Samsung logo and then the phone returns to the login screen. I retype the password and the same thing repeats. If I type in a wrong password, it says 'Try Again', which means the system is recognizing my correct password. I am completely stuck! Please help!!!
