Hi I'm new to the android world moved from Apple 
2 week old newbie
Anyways I did a hard reset on my galaxy note 4 and now everything is wrong
1. My internal storage dropped from 32gb to 16gb
2. I think my operating system downgraded, when I reboot I see the android monster with a jar of jellybeans and that didn't happen until after I did the reset
3. Where it say 4G is now replaced with an H
I'm so frustrated and but trying to adapt.Can somebody tell me what I did wrong and help me. Thank you.
