K so i lost my phone for a bit and i just found it today shoved in the sofa !!! in the spear room .. so clearly someone was playing with my phone and now well i dont know how to fix it i already factory rest it but now my main screen comes up i can not click on anything it says in yellow

then at the botton where normally my phone text ect icons are there is 4 android guys hold sings pone says 15 then the next looks like a phone keep pad then there the basic menu icon and then the 3rd guy it says hw and the 4th says fail.
i can not touch the sreen it wont let me click anything at all anywhere. what do do
