Samsung Galaxy S5 — how to move recovered text messages from PC to MESSAGES

Hi there,
Immature ex-BF deleted all my texts. Spent the whole day recovering the texts via wondershare dr. phone and mobile go.
They are now saved as a folder on my PC (that is where Dr. phone placed it)
How do I relocate this folder of text messages back to my phone before the ....?
The folder has (3) subfolders: CSV, HTML, and XML.
I have SMS Text backup. Tried Restore those from the folders with no good result. The XML folder does have a file with .xml extension but that in invalid.

I can use Mobilego to restore the backup to MESSAGES.

However, can't find the location of MESSAGES in the S5. Any idea?
