Hi!,
My Samsung Galaxy S4 has just died without any cause, mid text, fully charged. I took it to the mender and he said he has had a few like this recently and thinks it is a software crash - has anyone else had this experience recently? I wondered if it was a virus as I hadn't downloaded any apps or software updates recently, other than the ones from the apps themselves. Still had quite a bit of memory left too.
Can anyone help?
