I'm not able to operate my phone as it keeps acting on its on by clicking on whichever im on. I've tried doing hard reset by erasing all my data and even uninstalled all the downloaded apps. Not helping at all. When I tried to do manual hard reset by switching off the phone and pressing the power and volume key as suggested by someone, the phone just switched it on to safe mode. I'm helpless now. Can some please help me. Thanks
