Samsung Galaxy S5 — Help with "frozen Widgit"

So hubby dropped his phone..managed to grab it and in process has created what looks like the sky go Widgit on the screen...problem is it won't go away...we can press and hold it, we can click on it...it's on every single screen, whether the home page, Facebook, texts, Google email etc.....can anyone help?
