I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10. and it freezes at Samsung bootup logo. After surfing the net, i have found a solution that says to do a factory reset on my device. I did the factory reset and restarted by device. But it still freezes at bootup logo. Can someone please help me?

I dont have any help for yor but ive been asking people if i should install it apparently not only service provider can remove update i have sprint they can go in and remove it had same problem on s5 are you doing reset in settings or hard reset by holding power button home button and volume down button and it will do hard reset
