Notification problem

Whenever I download something frm playstore, my phone doesn't displays download notification and the download arrow⬇. I accidentally blocked notification for downloads and now can't unblock it.

Hi, go to Settings - Application manager, then find and select Download manager there and check the box "Show notifications".
