Unable to Sync Gradle project

I am using Android studio 2.2 and getting this failed to sync Gradle project error :

First please paste your logcat here and also translate logcat into english language. It might be gradle version issue

Check your manifest file - From the image it looks like you are missing /> after "LAUNCHER" (5th line) ?
