I just recently bought a tablet: Noza Tec Android 4.4 kitkat from amazon. When I click the update app for the firmware [which is at v2.0], it checks online then says, "Unknown Error." Google Play will not update because everytime it goes it tells me "Google Play has stopped working." Anytime I "Install" an App from google play it says it is installed, but i cannot find any of the apps on my device anywhere. So I did a Factory Data Reset. The firmware still will not update, neither will Google Play, and it says the apps are still installed, even though they are not on my device anywhere. Any Advice?
