anyway to tell which media came from which group?

I am in group A with N (a very large number) media, let's say photographs. I am in group B with N (equally large number) photographs as well. Running out of space, so I want to move the photographs to my PC server. However, "WhatsApp Images" directory now has 2N photographs, all interspersed. Is there anyway at all I can tell (programmatically, visually either ways) which photo came from which group? Within WhatsApp, I can go to "Group Media" and see it beautifully. Of course, with space running out, I can't do that, but I do want to do that on my PC. Any idea how this can be done?
