i accidently deleted an important notification on my galaxy s7 how do i recover?

Hello Honza, welcome to AndroidPIT! :)

There is quite a simple way to do that, as long as you haven't rebooted the phone yet.

Go to your homescreen, touch and hold so you can add a widget. Scroll down in the widget list and add the "Settings shortcut" widget. You will see a list of all available shortcuts, chose "Notification log". Just tap the settings icon and you will see a list of all your past notifications ;)

Hi Iv got the same problem it seems there is no settings widget, or shortcut, and when using s finder, notification log doesn't appear nor does it in the settings search and I couldn't see anything in developer options either.
Am I missing something?
I'm using s6 edge with android 6.0.1
Seems my phone was uploading something that dissappeard as soon as I noticed it, rather worrying as I don't use any automatic backup stuff for photos and the like.
Quite unsure as to what was uploaded and to where!

Any help most appreciated thanks
