Motorola Moto G 4G — Phone gose on Hands free mode while incoming or outgoing call

I have purchase New MOTO G3 Power smartphone in the month of Sept-2016. After calling / making call or receiving call handset goes on Handsfree mode (loudspekar mode).
Pl. tell me solution.

Went into Applications>All>S-Voice. Select "Turn Off". It will say something about causing errors, blah blah blah. This has worked for now.
