Latest update problem..

Just had the latest update forced on me and suddenly my phone will not see any files that I have on my SD Card. It was reading the movies and pdfs without problems and since the update it is like I do not even have a SD Card.

any help would be appreciated.

Hello Kim,

issues like that can sadly accur after an update.

I would recommend removing the SD card and resetting the phone. Insert the SD card after the reset.

did not work.... tried to re-download a file into the phone and let the phone re-store it. that did not work either.....
