Playstore does not want to open, google play services stopped all the time

I have android box embedded, not smartphone or tab. It uses 4.2.2 android version. I already have installed google playstore and google play services, but both don't work. The google playstore can not be opened, and the google play services stop working all the time. Do you know how to solve it? I have clear the data, cache, update the date, and all the things they said in the internet but they don't solve the problem.

Any of you have an idea of what is happening?

Are your play store and play services native?
See if your device works with Google Play by checking the list.
