i want to buy Samsung A7 2017 smartphone, please suggest me to buy this smartphone or not.

I suggest you don't buy it. Samsung somehow ignores the whole A range. There are hardly any proper custom ROMs for it. If you have a problem with it you won't find much community support online. You'll find innumerable articles for the J and S series and practically none for the A series. It's overpriced. The design is faux premium. Not ergonomic. The battery is non-removable. If you decide to use two SIMs you won't be able to use a microSD card; the slot is the same for either a second SIM or an SD card. And the battery life is horrible. I am using a a Samsung Galaxy A7. Otherwise it's good but given a second chance I'd have done better buying a J series phone. Or maybe avoided Samsung altogether.
