Is that your phone? It might be set with Factory Reset Protection. You have to sign in with the Google account that was previously synced with the phone.

I'm not sure about this, if you still didn't log in, you may try this.
First, sign-in your google account from desktop, go to setting and check which device was connected to your account, if mobile model doesn't match, so remember you have any other account or not. or this is the same mobile, then reset this mobile again. and try again.

Agreed! The only possible way to figure out the account is logging in from a Desktop. Because without the Google Account you can't sign in!
