Hi.
I need help. In my device settings. It says my android version is v6. 0 but I can't download v6. 0 supported applications. Then I downloaded a few device info apps. All that apps says that my phone is running on v4. 4. I bought this device 2nd hand and even tried a few root checking apps and all of them says my phone has not been rooted. How can I download the latest Android o.s that my phone supports, because when I go to device updates it only says my sim must be registered and I must reboot my device.
