Hello
I can't find a good tutorial about how to release my personal android app in my cellphone without using google pay. Do you know how to do it?
The purpose is to test the app in reality, not using emulator.
I'm newbie in android.

Copy the setup package of your app, .apk file, to your cellphone, then click it to install. 
Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

Connect your phone to PC with USB cable, then access your phone storage from your PC.

If you want to sync the cellphone files to other phone , the Android data manager is a good chance for you to do
