bypass lock screen from a usb-debugging disabled device

Hi, i've inherited a phone from someone who's passed out. I wanna know if i can bypass lock screen cause there was some family photos on it. the device is a samsung galaxy a3 and it's not rooted, the usb debugging is disabled, but i know his google account credentials.
It doesen't show the google account options when i fail the code couple of times, i don't know what to do.
I've also tried to lock it with google devices page from pc but it doesn't work.
what should i do? is it possible?

In order to bypass or unlock PIN, password or pattern lock of Samsung phones of screen, then you can follow the below mentioned solution:

1st Solution:
Log in to your [Samsung Account][1].

On the left hand side you can see “Lock My Screen” option, simply click on the option.

Now enter a new PIN, and click on Lock button located at the bottom.

After few minutes of time, your existing PIN will get changed with this new PIN. Now you can use this newly created PIN to unlock your device.
