Why arent the icons of installed apps not on the homescreen?

Hi everybody,

i enabled unknown sources, but when i install an app like Moviebox or anything else, they dont appear on the homescreen where all the other icon do appear which were installed from the play store.

how can i add the icons to this same homescreen? i dont want to open es-explorer to start an unknown source app which i installed myself.

Hi Jan,

which smartphone are you using?

You can check a box in the Play Store settings, so it automatically adds the icon when an app is installed.

Otherwise you can always add an app from the app drawer by long pressing on the icon and move it wherever you want :)

where can i find this app drawer?
if i go to es explorer en click on the icon, where should i put it?

it's a non Playstore app. Its Show box. App to stream movies and shows. Its not in the playstore.
If i click the icon, where do i have to put it?
