Chinese Version of Moto Z Play

Does someone know how to fix Moto Z Play Chinese version?

I was able to power it on and after some weird sound I could not see anything on screen and with that I was not able to power it off and anything else.

If someone can help with any hint or site to look for, please let me know.

Do you mean that you can't read Chinese words on screen of your phone?
If yes, I think you may change the language setting to English which you can read in.

Not that James.

Unfortunately the screen is Black. And I need a way to access the phone and maybe do a Hard reset or something similar, but with screen Black I can not see anything and do any screen command.

Is it clear to understand now?

Okay, I see now. It seems to be display hardware failure?
If it is just a system software failure, you may try a hard resetting.

Here are steps for external hard resetting.

  • Ensure that your device is charged to a minimum of 5%.
    A device that is completely drained should be charged, for a minimum of 15 minutes, using the provided charger.

    1. With the phone powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on.
    2. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Recovery mode"
    3. Press the Power button to restart into Recovery mode.
    4. You'll see an image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark.
    5. While holding down the Power button, press the Volume Up button.
    6. Use the volume buttons to scroll to "wipe data/factory reset" and press the Power button to select it.
    7. Scroll down to "Yes - erase all user data" and press the Power button to select it.

With applications or games coming from China, you should be more careful. It may contain malicious code that corrupts your device

I think the issue is not with software because your system turns on but not showing any display so you should check the screen of you phone may be the problem is with you phone panel.
