I deleted my photos from my internal storage on my android. I do not have a gmail account on my phone. Are my photos lodt forever

Is your phone rooted? If yes, then you may try some Android data recovery app.

If your phone didn't attach with any google account and you delete some photos you can still get backup with any good data recovery software. I am using EaseUs Data Recovery software for deleted files or pictures.
