Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) — Samsung A7 (2017) does not respect background mobile data usage switch

Settings->Connections->Data usage->Mobile data Usage->(select app)->Allow background data usage. This app behaves as if this switch is always OFF. When the phone goes to sleep (or I press the power button), within a few minutes, the app is no longer able to communicate with the internet. This only happens if the phone isn't charging (not plugged in).

What about wifi? Does it switching off too? If so, try to take a look at your developer option, there is something about data usage settings
