Having the same sad experience time to time with recovering deleted photos form SD cards, i can admit, its possible fully recover only fresh photos, if you write some info on SD card, format it or physically damaged its almost impossible to recover anything. Best of luck!

To Recover Deleted Photos from Android Phone and Memory Card, first make sure the deleted photos are not overwritten by new data, if they are, there is no way to get them back. Then find a phone data recovery program to help you get them back.
