samsung J3: tethering deactivates after few seconds

on my J3 I realized that I can not use it as a hotspot.

enable tethering but after a few seconds it deactivates itself ....

What can I check or do?

I think solved simply forcing the network mode only to 3G/2G instead of LTE/3G/2G
