My whatsApp sent picture messege into forum and few contacts, but i didn't sent it

This afternoon after took a nap i opened my whats app.
I saw few messeges from group and my contact. When i opened all of them said thanks cause i've already sent good pic.
The problem is i dont sent anything to them, and i dont have the pic that they got from me.
I worried if it happen again, what if the content is worse.

Please help me! Maybe someone have some experince like me
