Message applications block my phone

Hi,

Since the last OS update of my OnePlus Two, I´m running OxygenOS ver 3.6.1, Whatsapp, Messenger and Telegram only work normally for texting. If I recieve or try to make a voice or video call, I lost all the buttons, my screen turns black,not responsible from touch, and I'm unable to see who is calling, answer the call or finish it. Even the power button is off as well as the volume controls... I've performed a factory, hard, reset but did not solve the problem. Can anybody help please?
