Good evening. Please can you help me. I had to do a factory reset on my phone. I did a normal back up of whatsapp. When I restarted and reinstalled whatsapp, I pressed restore, while whatsapp was busy installing. I need a back up (which I can see on my Google drive) which I did at 14:32 this afternoon. But whatsapp only wants to install the update of 17:09. Can anyone help please. I can not afford to loose the information which have been stored.
