Has anyone had this problem? While using the touch screen, the screen blinks momentarily then goes black and restarts the system. This seems to happen when the battery level is less than 66% but more often when it's below 40%.
The unit has never been dropped or damaged. Except for want of more app memory, the tablet still serves it's purpose and I'd like to delay investing in a new model.
Wondering if this is a known issue and what remedies may be available.
