Hi there,

I've recently purchased the John Horton book 'Learning Java by Building Android Games'. He's a talented writer and the book is very easy to read, but it was published in early 2015 and the version of Android Studio used is very different to the current release. Can I download version 1.0 for Linux from anywhere? If not I'm going to have to abandon this book.

Thanks,
Andrew.

The latest version of Android Studio is already V3.1. So it's difficult to find the package installer for V1.0 indeed.
Have a try to get the codes run in Android Studio V3.1.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.
The minimalist app available on Play Store: https://goo.gl/ws42fN
