What James said it's true, but I think it's a waste of time and storage when I need to install a program that works similar WhatsApp Web, 'cos both of them need to use the barcode to allow connection between your phone and PC. Unless this program has changed.

Just visit web.whatsapp.com and scan the bar code from the scanner within your whatsapp app. This feature sort of cast the whatsapp on desktop. You need not to install any software as this service runs on browsers itself.
