I'm facing issues with connecting my smartphone to MTK Droid Tools and My device is MTK6582, running stock 5.0.2 firmware. I have the latest 2.5.3 downloaded on my PC(Windows 10) and I tried this on. But the case is mtk flash tool doesn't even detect the phone at all. It shows a popup message to give the toolkit root permissions even though my phone is already rooted. As soon as the square turns from yellow to green, meaning root permissions were granted, a dialog box pops up saying the connection with the device was lost. What could be the reason for losing the device connection?
