Rotate quit working after pie update

My screen no longer rotates after the pie update. If auto rotate is on, it doesn't rotate. If it is off, the rotate icon that should be next to the home button doesn't exist.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? thanks

Did you try dragging down on your home screen?
That's where my screen rotate setting are at!
