Hi all,

I have e Samsung Galaxy S8 and since a few days the network connection is lost on this device and I see an "disables" icon on the top of the screen. Wifi and Bluetooth works, it is only the cellular network that has issues.
Already checked with the operator and the SIM is fine, it works on an other phone. Also tried a different SIM card. I also tried to do a factory reset, no luck. Airplane mode on-off, all these things have been tested. ... . I didn't found a similar problem on the internet.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can test.

Call your mobile carrier. You may have a problem with the transmitting tower in your area.
Have you tried to make a call in any other area using a different tower?

In addition
You can reset your phone to connect to a different tower by resetting something called your PRL.
Your carrier can instruct you on how to do it!
In my old phone this setting use to be in software updates!
But I can't find it in my galaxy s7 yet.
Like I said before, it sounds like your phone is not making a proper connection to the transmitting tower!
