ALL google services on Chinese tablet

I need to install ALL google services on a Chinese tablet (Samsung GT-N5100) I have tried a lot of APK's but have been unsuccessful.
I know it runs Android 4.1.2, ARM architecture, and 190 dpi screen.
I seem to have installed google services framework 4.1.3 - 509230, but not sure if it is doing anything as there is no services or play store.
I also tried adding my device on my google account, but because there is no google, I do not have a "google"account option in "add account"
Anyone that could please assist

Try to install the GMS Core (apk), and then install a google play store (apk). This will at least work for many Huawei phone.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.
