Cellphone not recharging after plug usb flash drive

Hello Everyone,

I need a help please, I yesterday plug a flash drive in my cellphone and today I'll try to recharge my cellphone and don't recharge anymore.

I try to clean up connection, change cable and nothing.

Then I turn off my cellphone and plug usb cable and now cellphone is recharge.

Everyone know what can I do to fix it?

what device are you using?

Are you using a USB cable with a removable USB wall charger block? If so, then perhaps the charger block is damaged. Try swapping it with another charger block, using the same USB cable.
Even change the charging adapter.

Hi Sanjai,

I'm using Redmi Note 5 Pro.

But yesterday I did some tests and identify that cellphone don't charge anymore when I put in turn off and connect the cable the cell is restarting in loop. When the cell is turn on don't connect in PC or recharge.

I already tried to change the charge and cable also already test the charge and cable in other cell and works well.

I think I need to trade the usb port.
