It looks like you are looking for a free promotion channel, I have an advice for you, that is to use social networking, typically facebook, youtube, ... Also, if your game is attractive enough, you can send it to famous streamers or reviewers, maybe they also want your game to be on their channels.

Submit your game to people writing on Androidpit or other similar sites. Give it away for free or at a reduced price for a couple of days and repeat after one month.
