Can I transfer this?

When I bought a new android phone lately (the old one was also Android) the salesperson (Best Buy) said that she could transfer all the apps - and their data to the new phone. Naturally, Google Maps was included on both phones. But what didn't get transfered were
saved routes to several different destinations, created by the "Add Route To Home Screen" option in Google Maps. How can I transfer these to my new phone?

If you can't transfer by Google,try other methods.I've userd ShareIt and MobiKin Transfer for Mobile,both methods are convenient.You could choose the wanted one.
