Hi,
New to forum, new to A3, (an old phone I know, but the right size for a pocket), old in years (74) and not very tech savvy.

How can I upload Albums and Stories to Google Photos please? All was going well until A3 told me to save some space. Obviously I don't have a clue what I'm doing and appear to have screwed everything up by blindly transferring stuff from A3 to memory card, which then uploaded itself. OneDrive and Google haven't been the same again.

The photos ARE still on my phone ... Gallery/Albums ... but not on Google, my preference. They CAN also be found in OneDrive Albums ... though I didn't put them there!

Can I get Albums and Stories content on A3 to Google (and/or a memory stick. I am using Snow Leopard Mac ( yes, I know ... contibutions to an upgrade gratefully received), and also Windows 10 PC)

Why oh why do they make things so counter intuitive? One needs a degree in IT!!

Try to get and install the app 'Google Photos ' from Google Play Store. Hope the app will be helpful for you.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

Sorry, should have made that clear. I already have Google Photos and OneDrive installed.

How can I upload STORIES and ALBUMS from Samsung A3 to Google Photos please. The newer photos HAVE appeared in an album on OneDrive, but can't find them anywhere on Google.
