Why can I not download apps from Google play?

For a Samsun Galaxy A 70 Phone, we can not download apps from google play
Internet is working on phone
What to do?

What's the error message showed? Are they just some apps or any apps that you couldn't download from Google Play?

As we know, every app available on Google Play has its supported device list and supported locations for distribution to Google Play users.

If you couldn't download any apps, try to clear cache & data of Google Play Store app.

there is no error message. you click download and it never ends. yes i am logged in.

Uninstall and then reinstall Google Play on Samsung, and then sign in Google play to search the app you want, or part of reigion, we need VPN to use internet.

So is there any message from the app like "App cannot be installed. Error code: 123456" or it is just a circle running over and over again without any message?

First I recommend you going to download your app first from other app sites such as apktovi or apkmirror, etc. before the problem got solved

there can be many reasons but first try to reset the google play store app then check the result
