I just joined Planet Fitness, I got on the treadmill, Pulled up my favorite podcast and it won't
load. I look and see I have about a 1 on the signal triangle. I ask someone else who their carrier was and they had Verizon like me. They suggested I turn off my WiFi, I don't know why that would help, but, mine was already off. Others are streaming, but I don't know who their providers are.
Is there anything I can do to the phone to improve reception?

I walked the gym looking for a better signal, but it didn't improve.
Is there a way to download a podcast and then play it from memory?
An app to load the file to?
This kinda stinks, I planned to listen while I worked out and now I find I can't, spoils my membership.

There are dozens of apps even Google has one and also Spotify has this capacity. Just check on Google Play the one that suits you better

I think this issue has something to do with your carrier network. Contact your carrier for help.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.
The minimalist app available on Play Store: https://goo.gl/ws42fN

If others have a signal but you don't, no matter the spot in the gym you go to, it might be either an issue on the provider's part or related to your phone. If there's not anything you can do in regard to the provider, try a factory reset of the phone. I'm just guessing here, but I think that might work, who knows, if it's possible, why not give it a go at least.
