Honor 7A Bootlooping: How can i fix it?

Hello, i recently received a second hand Honor 7A Phone as Christmast present, the warranty is void as the last owner owned it for 3 years, when i first powered on the phone it was stuck on a bootloop, now i know how mi parents found it on Craigslist for 60 $, anyway the phone will not boot into recovery mode, it will get stuck in a bootloop, boot it normally, bootloop, the only thing that works is Honor FASTBOOT&RESCUE mode, the phone reports that: OEM Unlocking: OFF, FRP Lock: ON, HiSuite Recovery Option does not work, all Honor & Huawei said was to take to a repair centre.
