mobile hidden camera

installed hidden camera and upgraded on galexy s2 and had to reinstall it do you have to pay again to get licence key to activate it?if not how do you do it not that tech savy . appreciate any advice

No you shouldn't have to pay twice for any app on Android. I'd contact the app developer and then the market where you got it to ask them how to upgrade again. If you paid for it once it should be active no matter how often you have to reinstall the app.
