Yep there are already a bunch out there so if you're looking for an EVO 4G Ice Cream Sandwich ROM just do a bit of Googling our go over to the XDA forums and see if you can't find one that's to your liking!

I have to admit, I don't know (I'm using an Xperia at the moment) but the guys in the custom ROM scene are fast so if it's not up and runing yet it will be soon!
