my message sender's name not appearing

please my message sender's name does not appear. only the number appears. their name do not come even when they are on my contacts. please help me solve this problem.

i have a htc chacha and i also have this problem i am unable to see anyones names only numbers all are saved numbers yet i cant see them i am a newbie and not good with technology so any help would be good :)

Make sure that the numbers include area codes and international codes, otherwise your phone won't register the name.
