I want to the new feature voice input.

Voice input feature is available from gingerbread version.
There is a microphone icon on your keyboard that allows you to pen down text without typing.

Android 4.2 is also Jelly Beans, Google have made only a few tweaks in the codes of 4.1
Key Lime Pie is supposed to be 5.0
