HOW TO CONFIGURE YOUR DIRECTV RECEIVER

1) Press "Menu" and select "Parental, Fav's & Setup"
2) Select "System Setup"
3) Select "Whole-Home"
4) Select "Name Location" and enter the name of the room you are in (for example: "Living Room" or "Master Bedroom"
5) Select "External Device" and make sure all three options are set to "Allow"
That's it! Start this app on your phone, and your receiver will be detected!

Incredible HTC Omg !!! This app rocks. Works like it says which is awesome, since having the option to be watching in one room and before you go to the next room you can change to the same channel. Plus not having to make sure its pointed at the tv. And I think it might be slow for some ppl because their WiFi is slow .

Works great! Had fun messing with my son who couldn't figure out why the channel kept changing! He had the only remote...he thought :). Seriously though, this remote app works great. Looks and works just just like the real one.
