The application has access to the following:
Network communication
view Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
System tools
change Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to connect to and disconnect from Wi-Fi access points, and to make changes to configured Wi-Fi networks.
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.

doesn't play well with wireless tether ... I have a rooted ZTE Warp running Warp Cream Sandwich Rom. I hoped this would work, but like all the other wifi toggles it messes up my Wireless Tether For Rooted Phones (which deserves 500000 stars, by the way), whereas the tethering's steady as can be if I switch wireless on and off in the nested menu. But at least it didn't cause my screen to go black and force me to reboot, which is what happened with one of the other toggles so it can't hurt you to try it.

great widget! all these are great, wifi, bluetooth, silent, all work flawlessly please add one for hotspot tethering...please :)

No green for me Widget only changes to green if I actually turn on wi-fi once tab is started. If I turn on/resume my tab with wi-fi already enabled it only gets to blue.
